TITLE: RADIO JOCKEY
DEPARTMENT: PROGRAMMING SUPERVISOR TITLE: PROGRAMMING HEAD
LOCATION: Anywhere in Punjab JOB
OVERVIEW:
The position will be responsible for the radio talk shows and on ground shows. Goal is to attain number 1 rank for self (as RJ) and the show.
ACCOUNTABILTIES:
- To attain no. 1 Rank for the show and RJ (all survey).
- Responsible for “On Ground Shows”.
- Meet and Greet shows.
- Caller data and winner data management.
- Multitasking e.g. Scripting for own shows, voice overs for commercials research for own shows, to generate ideas for contests/special events.
- Ideation of new concepts for internal/commercial use.
- Train new Radio Jockeys to ideate and plan the shows and guide them to carry out shows.
- System and Process Execution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must be graduated with a professional degree/diploma.
- 2 Plus years of relevant experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- A Female Jock with 2 plus years of RJing experience
- Must have hosted On-Air shows
- Presentable, Energetic & Dynamic
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent voice quality.
- Should be creative with good imagination and spontaneity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of RCS management system.
Well versed with current affairs and good knowledge of Bollywood
