Designation- Content Operations Specialist (Hindi/ Bengali)
Location- Noida
Experience- 1-4 yrs
Key Responsibilities: Writing, News selection, Editing, Social media
1. Will be responsible for all the Hindi/Bengali content that goes on Newspoint app.
2. Will spot the breaking news/trends in this section.
3. Should be able to write high-quality content/descriptions/headlines.
4. Creating and ensuring seamless delivery of content to partners.
5. Identify and implement content strategies to suit the audience.
6. Take ownership of push notifications.
7. Monitor videos and photo galleries and implement strategies for their growth.
8. Maintain editorial calendar for special edition features to engage our community around events, holidays, and seasonality.
Background (essential and desired) :
1. Min 2-3 years in a digital newsroom.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, communications or Hindi.
3. Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
4. Understanding of social media will be an added advantage
5. Hindi as the mother tongue or the advanced level.
6. Familiar with Politics/entertainment/sports/fashion/technology and other related fields.
7. Comfortable in using image editing software to process basic photo edits, preferably Canva
8. Fluent in English, good communication skills
