Can take responsibility of assigned section/category of the website and work in different shifts.
Writing headlines, picture captions and story summaries
Verifying information and story details.
Ensuring that stories are the right length and correctly placed on pages
Sizing photographs and placing them within features
Making sure that stories are accurate and do not compromise legality.
· Writing stories for specific category. Creating 10-12 original stories.
· Have good understanding of google analytics and trends.
· Know how to play smartly with headlines for Social Sharing.
· Should always meet deadlines under newsroom pressure.
