Taylor Swift fans are concerned about her Beverly Hills mansion amidst the Los Angeles fire.

14-time Grammy winner's 10,982-square-foot property is not in the evacuation zone, so it's currently safe, but the city's residents are dealing with thick smoke.

Swift is also excellent at real estate, as she owns eight massive mansions, including a historic site in California and a $150 million penthouse in Manhattan.

He purchased his Beverly Hills home in 2015 for $25 million and its value has since increased to $30 million.

The mansion holds historical significance as it was originally owned by film producer Samuel Goldwyn, and Swift has made it a historic landmark.

In addition to her real estate ventures, Swift topped Billboard's "Top Artists of the 21st Century" chart.

Swift's impact on the Billboard charts is enormous, with 14 albums topping the chart and twelve number one hits on the Billboard Hot 100.
