For a Mobile App News and Entertainment co in Noida req Hindi Community Operations Manager.
Role:
The incumbent will be responsible to on-board reporters from different districts of states – all of this happens remotely.. Also the incumbent will manage a team of specialists who are the SPOCs for these reporters post-on-boarding.
Requirements –
Proficient in Hindi (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
Key Responsibilities –
Identify relevant people to build communities across different allotted cities
Define processes for monitoring their performance & providing long-term support
Ensure smooth and efficient working of each of your communities
Lead and manage a team of Community Operations Executives, who would be closely
working with the communities on a daily basis
Strive to achieve the maximum potential of each of your assigned communities
