Social Media Executive – Bhopal

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Social Media Executive to join our growing digital team in Bhopal. This is a full-time role ideal for candidates with a strong background in managing live streams, platform compliance, and community engagement across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute live streaming on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn using tools such as OBS, StreamYard, and Restream.
Ensure all content complies with Reused Content Policies to avoid demonetization or platform penalties.
Monitor, report, and assist in the takedown of impersonation or fake accounts across major platforms.
Enforce copyright compliance, particularly in the use of Bollywood music — understanding of fair use, licensing, and legal alternatives is essential.
Create and set up new social media channels, including branding, verification, and troubleshooting.
Generate regular performance and compliance reports to track growth and adherence to platform policies.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
In-depth knowledge of major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of community standards, monetization rules, and platform-specific guidelines.
Familiarity with copyright laws, especially related to Indian content and music.
Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, YouTube Studio, and scheduling/analytics platforms.
Excellent writing skills in Hindi, with a solid command of grammar.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven newsroom or social media desk.
2–4 years of relevant experience in social media management or content moderation.
