About the Role:
We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic, and dedicated YouTube Manager to lead and expand the reach of our online video content. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping our channel strategy, managing live-stream events, and optimizing our channel’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals and performance metrics.
- Manage and enhance channel content, including live-streaming events.
- Create, maintain, and promote engaging content for the channel.
- Oversee community management, working with moderators, marketing managers, and partners.
- Enforce channel policies and guidelines.
- Plan and execute channel marketing strategies, with a focus on organic search growth.
- Analyze business data, prepare reports, and optimize channel performance.
- Manage and allocate the channel’s budget effectively.
